Workforce International is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative in Clear Water, FL, for our client. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in various customer-facing activities, such as communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Ensuring accurate order entry and order tracking, along with proactive communication regarding shipments to customers.
- Providing pricing and delivery information.
- Managing customer order books.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses, and proposing preventive actions.
- Serving as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and the factory for current and future requirements.
- Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with all customers.
- Collaborating closely with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to consistently meet customer expectations.
Requirements for this role include:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Desirable experience with AS400 or equivalent sales order processing systems.
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Strong technical aptitude and background.
- Familiarity with SKF products and systems.
- Knowledge of the SKF, Lincoln, and Alemite product portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written.
