Job Requirements:

Represent PeopleReady within your designated territory, accounts, or verticals to meet all customer staffing requirements. Collaborate closely with local branch teams to ensure our customers’ staffing orders are promptly fulfilled with the right talent.

Assist local Branch Managers in expanding and retaining existing customer accounts through effective sales efforts. Close orders and ensure thorough documentation for each transaction.

Drive sales growth through proactive market strategies and account development, achieving sales targets in both revenue and profitability.

Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and service delivery phase, serving as the primary point of contact. Utilize sales funnels and tracking mechanisms for reporting purposes.

Ensure continuous visibility and communication with customers to uphold exceptional customer service standards. Forecast business performance on a rolling six-month basis and manage the gap between forecasts and targets.
