Cleaning and Tending to Designated Guest Rooms

Efficiently and systematically clean and service assigned guest rooms, adhering to established procedures and hotel quality standards. Organizing and Maintaining Linen Cart Ensure the linen cart remains organized, tidy, and well-stocked with supplies. Identifying and Reporting Room Issues Promptly report any areas within guest rooms requiring attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC systems, and other amenities. Maintaining Equipment and Supplies Security Safeguard your equipment, key, and issued supplies to maintain security and prevent loss or unauthorized use. Handling Lost and Found Items Inform your supervisor of any discovered lost and found articles in accordance with hotel policies. Responsive Guest Service Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, striving to meet their needs in a friendly manner.
