As the Technical Support Engineer, you will coordinate the design, modification, installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of all products making and finishing machinery and processes by all brand verticals. You will also be responsible for training personnel as needed. Key Responsibilities • Supervise machine repairs. • Troubleshoot machines. • Supervise and train personnel. • Advise Central Shipping Parts on parts updates and revisions. • Perform Factory Acceptance Test. (FAT) • Create and carry out installation and maintenance plans. • Evaluate machine efficiencies and maintain records. Required Qualifications • 7 to 10 years of manufacturing and packaging machine experience • Background in machine design, installation, repair, and PLC knowledge. • Supervisory skills • Proficient in AUTOCAD • Analytical and critical thinking skills • Able to travel Preferred Qualifications • Hands on experience with project design, construction, and testing a plus Physical Requirements • May be sitting and/or using computers for extended periods of time.
