Duties:

• Delivers exceptional customer service through personalized attention to detail.
• Cleans and refines furniture and fixtures.
• Conducts minor repairs on doors, fixtures, and furniture.
• Documents readings from meters and gauges at designated intervals to verify operational status.
• Undertakes adjustments and minor fixes to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Routinely replaces HVAC air filters.
• Ensures building security and safety, including tasks like securing doors after hours and checking electrical appliances to prevent potential hazards.
• Handles the movement of heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or using hand trucks.
• Maintains lawns and shrubbery by mowing, trimming, and removing debris using mowers and power trimmers.
• Communicates to management about significant repairs or enhancements needed for building systems.
• Clears snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas.
• Sets up, organizes, and takes down decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare venues for events.
• Performs impromptu cleaning of building floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming; also responsible for trash collection and restroom maintenance.
• Operates required vehicles for task completion.
• Executes other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
